Most homeowners book window cleaning two to four times per year depending on location and exposure. Gutters are typically cleaned in the spring and the fall. Roof moss removal and treatment is seasonal and varies by roof condition. Pressure and soft washing is often done annually, or as needed to remove buildup and keep surfaces protected.

Not the way we do it. Roofs and siding get a low-pressure soft wash with the appropriate treatment rather than high-pressure blasting, which strips shingle granules and drives water behind cladding. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers that can take it.

For exterior-only work, no — as long as we have access to the property and an outdoor water tap. We'll confirm before we arrive and let you know when we're done. Interior window cleaning does require someone to let us in.

It depends on your location and exposure. We offer flexible scheduling year-round, but it's best to avoid extreme temperatures or rain. Spring and fall are usually good windows because of the milder weather and lower pollen, which matters when windows are open during the wash.
