Why we don't publish a flat rate
Every exterior cleaning company has its own approach to pricing. We believe pricing should be transparent, logical and based on clear, measurable factors — not a number pulled off a chart that has nothing to do with your property.
Whether you need window cleaning, driveway pressure washing, a siding soft-wash, deck cleaning or a full exterior package, we provide a solution designed specifically for your property. The final price depends on surface area, height, condition, accessibility, level of buildup, and the time required to complete the job safely and professionally. Every property is evaluated individually so the pricing is fair and accurate.
A heavily stained driveway or a multi-storey property needing specialised safety measures will take more time and care than a regularly maintained, easily accessible surface. We'd rather explain that than surprise you with it. No hidden line items, no upsell script.
What moves the number
The factors that set your rate
Factor 01
Time on site
Time plays a major role. If our team needs to move obstacles, work around tight areas or manage hard-to-reach surfaces, the project requires more time and more safety precautions. Providing clear, easy access to exterior surfaces genuinely reduces both cleaning time and cost.
Factor 02
Condition and contamination level
Do you have the work done regularly? If not, expect a higher cost. Windows that haven't been cleaned in over a year need a special approach and more time. We recommend scheduling at least once every six months — it's cheaper over a year than letting it build up.
Factor 03
Surface and window type
Simple single-pane windows are the easiest to clean. French windows call for a special approach and take longer, so the price is higher. The same logic applies to surfaces: aggregate and interlocking stone take longer than a flat concrete slab.
Factor 04
Cost of labour
Our technicians are trained in safe work practices, ladder and roof safety, and the proper use of cleaning solutions. Skilled, insured labour costs more than casual labour, and it is the single biggest reason our results hold up.

Cost of insurance
Exterior cleaning involves working at heights, operating pressure washing equipment and servicing residential and commercial properties. Because of those risks, proper insurance is essential. We carry full liability insurance to protect both our clients and our team.

Professional insurance coverage is a significant operational cost, but it reflects our commitment to operating responsibly and legitimately. Some companies reduce their expenses by carrying limited or improper coverage — and that risk transfers straight to your property.
